A top tier, international cost management consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with an MEP/M&E quantity surveying background to strengthen their London MEP team. Fantastic opportunity to join a leading, global employer.
The Quantity Surveyor’s Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a close knit, talented MEP Quantity Surveying team who are currently working on several high-profile, London-based fit out and refurbishment projects
The successful Quantity Surveyor will work on multiple projects, delivering a full MEP approach, pre and post contract including elemental cost planning, cost estimates, valuations etc.
The Quantity Surveyor
* MEP / M&E background
* MRICS or similar
* Able to manage multiple projects
* Excellent pre contract knowledge
* PQS / Cost Consultancy background
* Client facing

* £65,000 - £75,000
* Car allowance (circa £5K)
