Quantity Surveyor
Location: V,HARKER EE DEVELOPMENT,ROCKLIFFE,CARLISLE, CA6 4EZ.
Working Hours: 40 hrs per week (Start Time - 7am)
Pay Rate: £21.64 per hour
Summary of Role
Responsible to a Project Manager through the project commercial lead for the commercial aspects of a project / section of a larger project. Assist in protecting the VINCI commercial position by developing and implementing an in-depth understanding of contractual, commercial, insurance and legal processes relating to contracts. Responsible for planning and managing their own works and sometimes that of an Assistant or Trainee QS, including providing development and support.
Key Skills
* Previous experience required as a QS on a major infrastructure project
* Experience on working on NG projects may be beneficial
* NEC4 suite of Contracts especially Option A
* Cost reporting experience – on site CVR reported weeklyBefore You Apply
