Salary: £42,000 p.a. plus excellent benefits including early finish Friday.

We are seeking a Quality Engineer a leading Manufacturing business in Droitwich. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by driving improvements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest quality standards across our manufacturing operations.
The Role:As a Quality Engineer, you will:
Lead problem-solving initiatives, using tools like 8D, 5 Whys, or Fishbone Analysis to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO9001 and/or IATF 16949 standards.
Work closely with production teams to improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall product quality.
Analyze quality data and trends, providing recommendations to improve performance and meet KPIs.
Be the go-to person for customer and supplier quality issues, driving resolutions that maintain strong relationships.What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering effective solutions.
Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO9001/IATF 16949) and core quality tools (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
