Are you an experienced Quality professional? Have you worked in a fast paced manufacturing environment? If so, our client, a renowned manufacturer of injection moulded components with varying applications, is recruiting for a Quality Supervisor. The role will involve working closely with the Quality Manager and team to support the day-to-day operations of the Quality function.   Quality Supervisor   Permanent Salary dependent on experience Monday – Friday (37.5 hours/week)   Dudley   Quality Supervisor Job Description Managing Quality Engineers and Inspectors, ensuring compliance with product requirements and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Leading problem-solving efforts using 8D methodology to address customer concerns and warranty issues. Developing and implementing quality assurance policies, procedures, and inspection processes. Training teams on quality standards and detection methods to enhance performance. Analysing quality data, reduce PPM and scrap rates, and implement effective counter measures.  Quality Supervisor Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Previous experience in a senior quality role. Experience of working with suppliers and forming strong customer relationships.
