Job Description
Quality Manager / Quality Control Manager / Quality Assurance Manager / QA Manager / Quality Team Leader required to join an engineering company in Ashby de la zouch, Leiceshire.
The Quality Manager / Quality Control Manager / Quality Assurance Manager / QA Manager / Quality Team Leader will manage a team of 2, including 1 Inspector and 1 Quality Engineer, as well as being responsible for the maintenance on the ISO9001 QMS (Quality Management System).
The successful Quality Manager must have quality management experience within a manufacturing, engineering or assembly environment working to ISO 9001. Knowledge of ISO13485 / ISO14001 would be advantageous.
Package:
£48,000 - £52,000

Role:
Manage the quality team made up of 2 direct reports, including Quality Inspector and Quality Engineer
Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented and maintained
Non-Conformance management
Measure and report in-process and final inspection data and implement corrective action
Ensure customer and supplier audits are supported
Working to ISO 9001, ISO 13485. Working towards ISO 14001
Monitor and measure supplier quality performance
Measure and report agreed quality and environmental objectives and targets
Ensure Health & Safety standards are adhered to.
Work with suppliers and customers where required.
Liaise with various engineering departments
Site based in Ashby de la zouch, LeiceshireRequirements:
Proven experience in a quality management role – including Quality Manager / Quality Control Manager / Quality Assurance Manager / QA Manager / Quality Team Leader / Quality Supervisor or similar
Knowledge of knowledge of ISO 9001. ISO13485 / ISO14001 would be advantageous.
