Job Description
Are you an experienced Quality Manager? Do you have experience working within the Aerospace sector? I want to talk to you!
My client is a world class provider of solutions predominantly for the aerospace market and are looking for an experienced Quality Manager. This position will be the first point of contact for internal and external quality concerns. You will be required to drive compliance to aerospace industry standards (AS9100, NADCAP) and Customer Standards by Maintaining the Internal Quality Management System (QMS).

Job Description
Certification & Compliance: Maintain AS9100, NADCAP, and customer approvals while ensuring adherence to industry and customer standards.
Quality Team Development: Coach, support, and grow the Quality team while driving improvements in Quality KPI performance.
Problem Resolution & Investigations: Lead investigations, apply quality tools, and resolve customer issues effectively.
Stakeholder & Business Engagement: Represent Quality in meetings, present to senior management, and lead key BPD objectives.
Continuous Improvement & Calibration: Drive cross-functional projects, influence stakeholders, and coordinate the calibration process.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Project & Issue Management: Proven experience in managing complex projects and proactively resolving issues.
Quality Tools & Standards: Knowledge of RCA, quality tools, and industry standards like AS9100 Rev D.
Auditing & Compliance: Experience in auditing and defining quality objectives to drive improvements.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
