Quality Manager

£45,000
If you would like to make a real difference in the Quality team with a company supplying into most of the major retailers in the UK. Managing a small team of QAs, you can ensure products of premium quality reaching the shelves!
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and legal regulations
Lead audits (internal, customer and third-party) and ensure the site is always audit-ready
Maintain and improve the Quality Management System
Extensive allergen control knowledge
Train and develop staff on quality and food safety practices
Manage non-conformances and root cause investigations
Lead the HACCP team and manage documentation
Oversee product testing and quality checks to ensure consistency and safety
