Job Description

Are you an experienced Quality Inspector who works to tight tolerances? Are you well-versed using visual and dimensional inspection equipment such as verniers, callipers and micrometres? Our client manufacturer precision engineering parts for the aerospace and power generation industry, who are looking for an Inspector to join them on their late shift. Experience with Optical Measurement machines, shadowgraphs, 3D Scanners is highly desirable.   Quality Inspector Permanent Rate - dependant on experience Late shift – Monday to Wednesday 16:30pm - 02:30am, Thursday 16:30pm - 01:30am Alcester   Quality Inspector Job Description Visual and dimensional inspection using verniers, callipers, micrometres, gauges and projectors Operating CMM inspection machines (training will be provided) Support the internal non-conformance process Liaise closely with the engineering department to ensure the smooth transition of NPI  Quality Inspector Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Experience inspecting parts to tight tolerances with dimensional measurement tools (verniers, micrometres, gauges etc)Quality Inspector Company Benefits 23 days holiday plus the 8 bank holidays, increasing with length of service Bonus opportunities Pension Scheme - 4% employer contributions Free Car Parking  If you feel you’re a good fit for this position, please click ‘apply
