Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality within our production processes.
This position involves conducting thorough inspections, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and implementing quality assurance protocols to enhance product integrity.
Duties Include:
· To ensure that day to day work is inspected for compliance with customer specifications and order requirements, regulations, manuals, procedures and company policy;
· Day to day pre-inspection of incoming SUBCON orders to ensure these are compliant and fit for processing prior to release to shop floor
· Liaise with Manager’s to work in accordance with daily workload schedules in regard to inspection duties in line with the delivery plan whilst following visual acceptance standards.
· Ensuring all documentation is completed in line with company procedure’s
· Raising and rejection of internal non-conformances
· Inform the Quality Assurance Supervisor when internal documents including Procedures, Specifications, and other work instructions require amending
· Openly communicate with all other departments
Experience required
Quality control 2 years (required)
Proven experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment
Strong analytical skills to interpret quality data effectively
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills to liaise with various teams and stakeholders
