Quality Engineering Inspector – Global Manufacturer Caerphilly area circa £30-35,000 pro rata plus benefits
QualityEngineering Inspector - Goods Inward
Part Time 2 days per week

Hands on management of quality concerns and providing support for production areas. Experience gained in a quality role would be ideal. Reporting to the Quality and Operations Director. Qualiy Engineer, Quality Inspector
* Incoming and outgoing inspection control.
* Maintenance of inspection records and ERP processes.
* Assist warehouse & materials with the identification of non-conforming product.
* Inspection & analysis of suspect components/assemblies from production lines and stock disposition.
* Analysis, verification & processing of production rejects, completion of reject records and scrap metrics.
* Identifying improvement actions, waste reduction, contribute to continuous improvement programme.
* Reporting and co-ordinating with SQA all supplier defects and concerns.
* Processing of supplier rejects through Return to Vendor (RTV) process.
* Support quality containment actions.
* Manage and maintain the QA inspection areas.
* Support internal sample inspection process & verification of product.
* Support supplier PPAP verification process.
* Support SQA activities, liaise with suppliers and supplier visits when required.
* Adhere to defined quality processes in accordance to ISO9001.
