As a Quality Engineer, you will take a leading role in improvement projects, and you will ensure that the product has met industry standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:-
Review performance, ensuring PPM and OTTP are met.
Drive continuous improvements projects, rework reductions, and improve overall performance of COPQ.
Ensure transfer to production of new products are in accordance with approved data
Support the Auditors
Ensure products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system
Analyse failure, corrective and preventive actions to respond to customer complaints
Preparation of QA reports
Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns
Responsible for continual improvement activities; such as lean, 6S etc.
Support Production and Engineering
Produce PPAP documentation, including PFMEA and Control Plans
Support customer as quality point of contact within a customer focused teamSkills, Experience and Qualifications:-
HNC/HNC or equivalent
Experience of ISO:9001:2015
Experience of 8D, 5Y, Fishbone and general lean tools.
Six Sigma
