Are you an experienced Quality Engineer? Do you have experience working within the Automotive sector? I want to talk to you! I am looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join an exciting client of mine who predominantly support the Commercial and Military Automotive market. We are seeking candidates with expertise in Quality core tools, a strong grasp of the PPAP/APQP process, and the ability to produce and update high-standard documentation, capable of working collaboratively within the Quality team while independently meeting customer, departmental, and individual targets Quality Engineer Permanent Salary Dependant on Experience Monday to Thursday 7:30am – 4:30pm, Friday 7:30am – 12:30pm Coventry Quality Engineer Job Description Prepare and submit accurate PPAP documentation, maintaining the PPAP tracker to meet deadlines. Manage customer portals, ensure timely PPAP submissions, and liaise with Inspection on project requirements. Create, update, and maintain control plans and process flows throughout project phases and changes. Support KPIs, assist SQA with supplier data for PPAPs, and handle Quality-related customer communications. Promote a "Quality culture" and uphold standards within the production facility.  Quality Engineer Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Strong knowledge of Quality core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC). Certified Six Sigma Green Belt. Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications. Experienced with ISO9001/IATF16949 standards and AIAG PPAP requirements. Proficient in 8D problem-solving, control plans, and product/process audits. Familiarity with CMM, Hex Arm, and Vici-vision is a plus.
