About the Role
As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality and reliability by applying data-driven approaches and working closely with internal teams and customers. Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
Conducting quality audits across all business functions.
Supporting the delivery of quality and business KPIs.
Creating and managing quality documentation, including APQP, PPAP, FAIR, and 8D reports.
Improving process and document controls.
Conducting supplier audits and developing improvement plans.
Supporting metrology and calibration activities.
Driving operational efficiency and reducing non-conforming material costs. What We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from candidates who have:
At least 3 years of experience in a quality-focused role.
A professional Quality or Technical qualification.
A good understanding of manufacturing processes and zero-defects philosophy.
Strong engineering drawing interpretation skills, including geometrical tolerancing.
Proficiency with Six Sigma tools and techniques.
