Quality Coordinator!
Are you passionate about quality assurance and continuous improvement? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a drive to maintain high standards? If so, I have an exciting opportunity for you!
My client is looking for a Quality Coordinator to join our team and support our Quality Manager in ensuring compliance with quality standards. This role involves working closely with Production, QC, and R&D teams to uphold and enhance the Quality Management System.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Maintain and manage quality documentation
✔️ Monitor and analyse quality performance data
✔️ Support internal audit schedules
✔️ Investigate and track non-conformances
✔️ Drive continuous improvement initiatives
🔹 What They're Looking For:
✅ Experience in Quality Coordination or Quality Assurance (ideally in a chemical-related field)
✅ Strong problem-solving skills (5WHYs, 8D, ISHIKAWA, CAPA)
✅ Familiarity with management systems (ISO 14001, 45001)
✅ Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills
📍 Location: Greater Manchester
⏳ Hours: 35 hours per week
📄 Contract: Permanent (with a 6-month probation period)
