Job Description

They are now recruiting a Quality Controller for their very fast paced lab. Supporting the manufacturing facility, you’ll be testing products at various stages of the process to make sure they are within specification. You’ll track and analyse results and use the information as part of wider improvement projects.
You’ll also take part in daily quality meetings to review the previous day and address outstanding quality issues. With your excellent communication skills, you’ll work closely with production to assist them making high quality product, every time.

They are looking for someone with minimum 1 year QC experience within a similar FMCG environment, along with a keen eye for detail and a positive attitude.
Flexibility is critical as the role is covering 2 shifts – 6-2 one week and 2-10 the following week on a rotating basis but you’ll need to step up to cover the night shift when there are holidays. A driving licence and car are essential to be able to reach the site for the 6.00am start.
Starting salary is £30k per annum with a rise to £33k then £34k as you become fully trained and competent on every process.
