Job Description
Aurora Lifesciences are retained with a market leading medical device company that specialises in life saving medical products. Our client is now in search for a Quality Control Inspector to join a high performing QC team.
The QC Inspector will be supporting the Quality Assurance department with quality control activities in line with the medical device manufacture. This will include in-process and final inspection, labelling/packaging, documentation, and environmental monitoring. The role holder will also provide routine reports and communications to provide timely updates on inspection status.
The Role
* Completing visual function and final inspection
* Complete Preventative Maintenance and calibration
* Inspect final packaging labels
* Support Continuous improvement activities in line with manufacture and process
* Conduct audits on the in-process paperwork associated with the manufacturing process
* Complete Microbiological monitoring
* Working to ISO13485 QMS
About You
* Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Quality within the medical devices or pharmaceutical industries
* Familiar with 21CFR820 and ISO 13485 requirements. Hands on experience with these requirements is preferred.
* Experience assessing products for compliance and final release is desirable
