Alexander Steele continues to partner with a leading food manufacturer that supplies quality products to Food service outlets and B2B across the UK and Europe. Due to continuous growth, the business is looking to appoint a Quality Assurance Auditor at their state-of-the-art facility in Bedfordshire.

The role:
Reporting to and supporting the Quality Manager, the Quality Assurance Auditor is responsible for auditing food safety and quality standards across the sites. This role requires strong collaboration across departments to achieve quality KPIs, actively promote a positive food safety culture, and drive continuous improvement in quality standards company-wide.
Key responsibilities include;
* Ensuring the schedules (testing and auditing) are followed, recording, and analysing results.
* Support Quality and Technical Managers with external audits.
* Carry out internal audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and standards.
* Identify quality and food safety issues and work cross-functionally to implement corrective and preventative actions.
* Provide training on Food Safety and Quality procedures to internal stakeholders as needed.
The candidate:
Our client is looking for an individual with at least a year's experience in a Quality Auditing role within a BRC accredited food manufacturing setting, a degree qualified in food science or a related field along with internal auditing and HACCP certifications.
You will be organised, diligent, and a team player. An excellent communicator (both verbal and written) with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levelsBefore You Apply
