Quality Assurance Supervisor West Donegal Ref: VAC-13558 Are you a detail-oriented and driven professional ready to elevate your career in Quality Assurance? We are seeking (for our client) a motivated Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead and support a dynamic Quality Team at a forward-thinking company specialising in innovative monitoring solutions for food and pharmaceutical safety. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct and support external and internal audits • Manage non-conformance, CAPA, and root cause analysis • Review and approve software/hardware validation documentation • Issue and update procedures to maintain compliance • Lead and allocate work for the Quality Team What You Bring: • Proven experience in Quality Systems and Audit Support • 3rd Level Technical Qualification in Science or Engineering • Strong analytical and technical evaluation skills • Exceptional time management with the ability to juggle multiple tasks • High attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent communication and computer skills ✨ What's on Offer: ✅ Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 DOE ✅ 20 days annual leave ✅ Long service awards ✅ Health & wellbeing initiatives throughout the year ✅ Summer & Christmas team events ✅ Flexible and friendly work environment ✅ Career progression opportunities ✅ 5 paid sick days Location: West Co.
