Job Description

Our client, who are one the UK's leading residential developers, are looking to recruit an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee several of their developments in the London region. With Fieldview their choice of software, the selected candidate will have an outstanding knowledge of working with and overseeing the implementation of Fieldview software. This role as a Quality Assurance Manager offers a unique chance to make a significant impact on multiple construction projects. Key Responsibilities: - Field View Setup: Ensure the accurate and timely setup of Field View on each project, adhering to approved guidelines. - Project Coordination: Collaborate with procurement and construction teams to align work sequences with project timelines and milestones. - User and Device Management: Oversee the correct setup of project geometry, drawing calibration, and user/device configurations. - Support and Training: Act as the primary contact for Field View-related queries, providing effective solutions and conducting training sessions. - Compliance Monitoring: Monitor Field View usage to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and provide fortnightly reports. - Data Analysis: Analyse Field View data to generate insights into project progress and performance, preparing monthly KPI and ad-hoc reports. - Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automating report generation and share best practices to enhance future project performance. Skills and Experience: - Construction Software Expertise: Proven experience in implementing and managing construction software, particularly Field View. - Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Field View software and MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders. - Problem-Solving: Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. - Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating credibility and confidence.
