About the Role:
As QA Manager, you'll take charge of:
Leading the food safety, legality, and quality compliance across the business
Managing and mentoring a team of 3 QA professionals
Implementing and maintaining HACCP and BRCGS standards
Driving continuous improvement initiatives across all quality processes
Acting as the key point of contact for internal teams, customers, and external auditors
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a QA Manager or Senior QA in a manufacturing or food-related industry
Strong knowledge and practical experience with HACCP and BRCGS standards
Experience in leading and developing teams
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
