Job Description
A great hybrid opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join a well known automotive company based in Bracknell for a 3 month rolling contract.
You will be part of a growing organisation within an enthusiastic and friendly team.
This role is key in ensuring that Retail Operations align with quality standards, policies, and customer service expectations. The QA Co-ordinator will monitor, evaluate, and enhance retail processes to support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Using a Scorecard grade-based system to conduct regular audits, ensuring compliance within company and industry standards.
Collaborate with various teams and departments to develop and implement quality improvement, ensuring best practise is followed throughout the Retail Operations department.
Gather feedback and data to support the company in adhering to policies and industry regulations.
Maintaining accurate records and reports of quality analysis results.Requirements:
Ability to analyse data effectively.
Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, retail operations, and customer service standards.
