Position: Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: Cardiff
Key Stage: KS2
Are you passionate about working with children and making a difference in their education? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team in a supportive Primary School in Cardiff.
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will:
Hold a Level 1/2/3 Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification or a BA in Primary Education.
Have experience working within a Primary School setting or experience working with children in another capacity.
Possess an Enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply for one).
Be registered with the EWC (Education Workforce Council) - we can assist with this process if needed.Responsibilities:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Work full-time within a KS2 classroom, supporting the class teacher with daily tasks and activities.
Provide 1:1 support to pupils with reading, helping to develop their literacy skills.
Assist in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
Support small group activities to encourage learning and participation.
Help with classroom organization and preparation of teaching materials.What We Offer:
