Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 per annum (pro-rata)

Contract Type: Part-Time, Permanent
GSL Education Lincolnshire is recruiting a versatile Primary or Secondary Teacher with the ability to teach both English and Science. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a school's success while maintaining a balanced work-life schedule.
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lessons in English and Science to assigned classes.
Prepare and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning needs.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity and a love for learning.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student achievement and well-being.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience teaching English and Science at the appropriate level.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to delivering high-quality education and continuous professional development.
