Location: Bournemouth, Winchester, or South Coast

The Role:
As an MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will:
* Manage costs and budgets across complex MEP packages.
* Oversee procurement, valuations, and variations.
* Collaborate with design, construction, and client teams to ensure project success.
* Provide detailed financial reporting and forecasting.
* Work closely with main contractors, clients, and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
