QHSE Manager
Bradford £50k + DOE
We seek a dynamic Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental professional to work within a busy growing business in the Bradford area.
The ideal candidate will come from an engineering or manufacturing background and have the ability to engage people and change mindsets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
A stand alone role taking responsibility for all aspects of QHSE
Review, develop, implement and communicate QHSE policies and procedures ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Conduct onsite audits in line with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001and ensure preparation, documentation and compliance for external audits
Investigate and record non-conformances and undertaking root cause analysis implementing corrective actions.
Provide guidance and support to departments to address compliance issues and drive continuous improvement.
Continuously analyse and improve QSHE process and performance.
Monitor changes in regulations and industry trends and implement adjustments to ensure ongoing compliance
Identifying organising and training and health and safety inductions to new employees.
Support accident and incident investigations and drive process improvement
The person
You will be looking for an hands-on role in QHSE and be a proactive and visible manager with the ability to engage people for a common goal
A great problem solver who understands the pressures of manufacturing deadlines and can come up with innovative and practical solutions
A confident trainer and communicator
Full working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 and ideally some experience of implementing
Member of IOSH and hold NEBOSH Diploma
Fire safety & environmental qualification
Have experience of internal and lead auditing and ideally be qualified
