Job Description
We are seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to oversee Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensure ISO compliance.
Lead audits, root cause analysis, and supplier quality assessments.
Develop and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies.
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and compliance training.
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and act as a liaison for inspections.
Investigate and report incidents, implementing corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
Lead and train the QHSE team, fostering a culture of safety and quality.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong technical knowledge, analytical abilities, and leadership.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Qualifications & Experience:
5 years of QHSE management experience in a relevant industry.
Certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, NEBOSH (preferred).
Proven audit, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance experience.
Working Conditions:
Office & field work, occasional travel, and PPE compliance in industrial settings.
