QHSE Manager
Coventry
Day Shift (Apply online only) Mon - Thur & Early Friday Finish)
£50K - £55K
We are looking for an experienced, hands on and likeable QHSE Manager to join a busy manufacturing company in Coventry.
This is a key role for my client and a stand-alone role working strictly on site (no hybrid options, it just doesn't work for this role).
You will be expected to develop, manage and implement all HS and environmental policies used on site but also winning around the operatives on-site as to why HS is important & needs to be respectful.
This will involve looking at induction process, managing training, helping with the SOPs for the machinery, dealing with local authorities, managing incidents etc.
Health and safety is not the most exciting topic in the world, but we need someone who can take ownership and ultimately win the hearts and minds of all staff within a site.
This is an extremely well-paying role (£50K - £55K) and as such we are looking for an outgoing, friendly person who has their NEBOSH, IOSH but also excellent people skills who understands real work situations.
