QC Welding Supervisor Location: Doha, Qatar / China - Residential Contract Duration: Until 30 April 2027 & 28 Feb 2027 Are you a seasoned QC Welding Supervisor with a passion for excellence and a knack for leadership? Join our dynamic team in either Doha or China and play a pivotal role in our ambitious projects! Key Responsibilities: Oversee and ensure the quality of welding activities on wellhead platforms, topsides, structures, piping, and pressure vessels. Implement and monitor compliance with applicable codes and standards such as AWS, ISO, API, ASTM, and ASME. ️ Conduct inspections and ensure adherence to NOC Standards and International codes/standards related to design, fabrication, and inspection. Lead and mentor a multicultural team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Utilize your comprehensive knowledge in welding, materials, and NDE to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. ️ Manage documentation and reporting using computer programs for word processing, database management, spreadsheets, and e-mail communications. Qualifications: Education: HND/BTS level or COMPANY approved equivalent in engineering discipline. Certifications: AWS CWI, CSWIP Grade 3.2, or EWIP/IWIP-C or COMPANY approved equivalent. Professional Experience: Minimum 10 years. Project Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction, specifically on wellhead platforms, topsides, structures, piping, and pressure vessels. ️ Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a complex and multicultural environment. Proficiency in computer programs for word processing, database management, spreadsheets, and e-mail communications. ️ Language: English mandatory. Training: H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET. Why Join Us?
