QA Supervisor
Shirebrook, Derbyshire
6am to 6pm, continental shift pattern days only
£32,476 per annum plus pension scheme, life assurance, yearly bonus, family days and on-site parking!
This is a temporary to permanent position!
Our client is seeking an experienced QA Supervisor to lead a dedicated team to ensure all quality standards are met across their operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, leading process improvements, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and driving the team towards achieving and exceeding company goals. You will play a key role in maintaining product quality and enhancing team efficiency.
Experience, skills and knowledge of the QA Supervisor –
* Must of worked within food or FMCG in the past within a quality role.
* Skilled in organising and prioritising tasks for both themselves and the team
* Strong understanding of Critical Control Monitoring and its importance.
* Proven experience in conducting factory audits, including GMP, Process, and internal audits.
* Good command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a close-knit team.
* Capable of supporting and assisting operations to ensure smooth workflow.
* Strong focus on accuracy and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality.
* Skilled in organising and prioritising tasks for both themselves and the team.

* Hardworking, trustworthy, and reliable with consistently high work standards.
* Confident in addressing quality issues with a firm but fair approach.
* Flexible to cover shifts during holidays/illness.
