Job Description

QA Operations Shift Supervisor £55,000 - £60,000 This is your opportunity to step into a supervisory role, overseeing QA operations and contributing to the delivery of high-quality products in compliance with strict regulatory standards. The Role: As the QA Operations Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of QA activities, including: * Leading and managing the QA operations team during shifts, ensuring all responsibilities are effectively covered * Providing QA oversight to manufacturing operations and support functions * Reviewing batch documentation and ensuring the timely release of GMP-compliant products * Managing the Quality Management System, including deviation investigations, CAPAs, change controls, and risk assessments * Supporting internal audits, facility walkarounds, and customer/regulatory inspections * Collaborating with operational teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements * Delivering compliance training and coaching to operational teams * Deputising for the QA Team Leader when required What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking an experienced QA professional with: * A strong background in Quality Assurance within sterile GMP manufacturing environments * Experience managing Quality Management Systems and using eQMS platforms * Knowledge of GCP and GMP, with a focus on compliance and quality improvement * A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Compliance and QA within GxP environments * The ability to lead and inspire teams, while working effectively as part of a collaborative group If you’re ready to bring your expertise and leadership to a challenging yet rewarding role, we’d love to hear from you.
