QA Manager – Fresh Produce Centre, Paddock Wood
Are you an experienced QA Manager ready for a fresh challenge?
Our client is looking for a QA Manager to join their dynamic team at their brand new fresh produce facility where you will lead the charge in quality assurance.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the QA team, collaborating closely with the Operations Manager to uphold top-notch quality standards.
Oversee key quality processes, tackle challenges, and drive improvements to keep the site always "Audit Ready."
Manage the site label room and ensure all packaging meets compliance standards.
Foster effective communication between QA and operations teams, sharing updates, solving issues, and monitoring quality KPIs.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven leadership and QA expertise, ideally in fresh produce.
Strong organizational skills to manage resources and workloads effectively.
Attention to detail with the ability to interpret specifications and ensure compliance.
