Are you an experienced QA/Food Industry professional looking for an exciting new challenge? Our client, a highly regarded business in the area/country and WORLD, is seeking a talented individual to join their team in a key role to the business.
About the Role:
This is an opportunity to take on a role that requires exceptional people, quality and hands on skills. You will be responsible for day to day leadership of the QA Team including maintenance of internal systems relating to the QA team, conducting performance reviews and talent management.
The hours can be discussed on further communication, however you would need to be able to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Two shorter days and two longer days totalling 40 hours for the week.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in food/lab environments
Strong people development and management skills
A track record of success in quality system management
Have the ability to work weekends
