Job Description

Role: PV Monitoring Analyst Location: Exeter, UK Salary: Up to £27,000 + benefits The role: You will be working as part of a team to monitor the status of a number of clients’ solar farms. You will be at the forefront when it comes to checking the performance of the assets and identifying and issues and potential outages. Responsible for maintaining availability throughout the day and serving as the eyes and ears of the team. This is a very varied position with several areas that you will be the first point of contact for. Candidates must be able to work under pressure, multitask and rebalance priorities on a regular basis, as well as maintaining a knowledge of a variety of different systems. This role may need require weekend and night work as part of a fixed rota and will be discussed during the interview process. Main Responsibilities: Monitoring portfolio of clients’ sites throughout the day and logging faults found, Creating work orders for faults found and updating the rest of the team, Keeping the team up to date with any events and outages, Liaising with engineers for updates on onsite works and providing support where required. Allowing access to site for engineers, clients, and subcontractors, Monitoring on site security and providing appropriate responses. Answering office phones. What are we looking for?
