Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking Purchasing Admin to support the buying office. The successful candidate will be organised and structured whilst delivering KPIs on time.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management - ongoing maintenance of product SKUs, manage future price adjustments and gather and manage product information for internal and eternal use through use of Product Information Management (PIM) System.
Supplier Management - build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth collaboration and effective procurement processes.
Analysis and Reporting - compile and present monthly reports for senior management and board review.
Documentation and Record Keeping - maintain accurate records of purchasing activities.Experience & Skills Required
A strong commercial mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting supplier relationships.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude with strong organisational skills.
