Job Description
We currently have a requirement for a punch press setter/operator to join a well-established fabrication company based in Telford. For this role there is a static day and night shift available. If you chose the night shift pattern you will receive shift allowance on your hourly rate of pay.
Main duties will include:
* Setting and operating Trumpf punch press machinery.
* Routine maintenance of the punch press machine.
* Working from engineering drawings.
* Checking quality of products.
Skills and Experience:
* You must have work experience in a similar role.
* Experience working within the fabrication industry is desirable.
* Have the knowledge and understanding of punch press machinery.
* The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Be able to work to strict deadlines.
