Job Description
Tripod Partners are looking for a UKCP or BACP registered Psychotherapist to join a community mental health service in Salisbury. The role involves delivering evidence-based psychological interventions for individuals with common mental health disorders, working within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality outpatient care.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver therapeutic interventions based on NICE guidance (e.g. CBT, DIT, IPT, Counselling for Depression).
*
Maintain accurate, contemporaneous clinical records and provide reports as required.
*
Work collaboratively with GPs and other healthcare professionals to support patient recovery.
*
Support governance initiatives and contribute to clinical audits and quality improvement.
Position Details:
Location: Salisbury
Duration: 3 months
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00
Pay Rate: £26 per hour
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday
Requirements:
*
Registered with UKCP or BACP.
*
Postgraduate training and accreditation in a NICE-recognised modality (e.g. CBT, DIT, IPT, Counselling for Depression).
*
Minimum 2 years' experience in a mental health role.
*
Up-to-date certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), AED, Anaphylaxis, Infection Control.
*
Safeguarding training to Level 3 (Children and Adults)Before You Apply
