Position: Psychology Graduate (SEN) Location: Milton Keynes Start Date: Immediate Age Range: 6-9 Years Old Rate: £95 - £110 per day Are you a Psychology graduate looking to start your career in education? Dunbar Education is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Psychology Graduate role in Milton Keynes. This role is specifically designed for Psychology graduates who want to apply their knowledge of child development and psychology in a rewarding educational setting. You will support young learners with additional needs, aged 6-11 years, ensuring their academic, emotional, and social progress in a supportive and nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored 1:1 support, assisting with learning, behavioural, and social development. Collaborate with the SENCO and teaching staff to implement and monitor individualised education plans (IEPs). Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where learners can thrive. Track progress and adapt strategies to meet students evolving needs.Ideal Candidate A graduate in Psychology or a related field, with an understanding of child development and SEN strategies. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting learners with additional needs. Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, staff, and parents. Experience working with children is desirable but not essential.This role offers Psychology graduates an excellent opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in a practical, rewarding setting.
