Property Manager – Stratford, E15
A well-respected and highly established Property Firm are actively seeking a personable, professional and team playing Property Manager based in Stratford, E15
You will be working alongside the Senior Property Manager who will manage your day to day workload. You would be working closely with the Senior Property Managers and Managing Director and assisting with all areas of the running of the business on a daily basis.
As a Property Manager you will be looking after a portfolio of 150 properties, therefore you must be able to manage your own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary.
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
Lettings administration
* Referencing prospective tenants
* Drafting of tenancy agreements
* Arranging furniture / window treatment
Inventories / Check in’s / Check out’s
* Arranging Inventory / Check in
* Organising Check out / Deposit return / dilapidations
* Deposit dispute administration
Maintenance / Repair management
* Instructing contractors
* Organising contractor appointments
* Liaising with tenant and suppliers
* Chasing outstanding works
* Liaising with managing agents / insurance claims
Organising Gas / Electrical Safety certificates / EPC’s
* Instructing contractors
* Organising contractor appointments
Arranging tenancy extensions / renewals
* Agreeing new AST terms with both tenant and landlord
* Drawing up new AST’s / contract extensions / Assignments
* General office administration
* General enquires
Rental management
* Reconciliation of incoming rents with client account
* Running statements
* Chasing late payments
* Managing arrears
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:
At least 1 years property management experience is essential for this role.It is highly desirable that candidates have intermediate computer literacy.Experience of lettings/property management software packages would be useful., ARLA Qualified would be an advantage.
hours of work:-
Monday to Friday 9:30am – 6pm (5:30pm on a Friday)
Salary range will be:
£32,000 to £35,000pa
