Job Opportunity: Property Maintenance Coordinator – Compliance Location: London (Office-Based) Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum Contract: Full-Time, Permanent About Masterfix: Masterfix is a trusted provider of property maintenance services, working across a wide range of residential and commercial properties in Greater London. We are looking for a Property Maintenance Coordinator – Compliance to join our team, ensuring that essential safety and compliance works are scheduled and completed efficiently for our key clients and their tenants. Role Overview: As a Property Maintenance Coordinator – Compliance, you will be responsible for coordinating gas, electrical, and planned maintenance tasks across a diverse portfolio of residential properties. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will work closely with tenants, engineers, and key clients to ensure that compliance-related maintenance is carried out efficiently, on time, and in accordance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: 📅 Scheduling and coordinating gas safety checks, electrical inspections (EICRs), and pre-planned maintenance tasks. 📊 Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including landlord safety obligations. 📞 Acting as the main point of contact for tenants and key clients, handling queries and providing updates. 🛠 Liaising with engineers and contractors to ensure timely attendance and job completion. ✅ Tracking and managing compliance certification, ensuring all documents are up to date. 📄 Updating internal systems and client portals with job progress, reports, and certification records. 🔍 Monitoring KPIs such as response times, completion rates, and customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For: ✔ Experience in property maintenance coordination, compliance, or facilities management. ✔ Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage a high-volume workload. ✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills when dealing with tenants and clients. ✔ Knowledge of gas safety, electrical compliance, and planned maintenance processes (preferred but not essential). ✔ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle urgent requests. ✔ Experience using job management systems and client portals. ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
