We are working with our client to find a talented and ambitious Commercial Property Lawyer to join their firm at a pivotal moment in their journey. With a strong reputation and a growing team, they are looking for fresh energy to help shape the future of their firm – and that could be you!

Who They’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience:
*
UK Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in commercial property law.
*
Strong knowledge of landlord & tenant law, acquisitions, disposals, and commercial leases.
*
Ability to manage a varied caseload and work proactively with clients.
*
Membership with the Law Society or relevant professional body.
*
Skills & Attributes:
*
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
*
Ability to manage multiple clients professionally while maintaining a high level of client service.
*
A genuine interest in business development and growing the department.
*
A strong team player who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment.
*
Someone who values openness, responsibility, and fairness.
* £40k - £50k + OTE
