Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a regional registered social landlord, to appoint an experienced Property Compliance professional to join their busy Property Compliance team overseeing 'Big 6' compliance on a contract basis.
This role involves a significant amount of planning and organising ensuring that adequate controls are in place for asbestos & legionella compliance across the property portfolio of planned planned works during the year, as such asbestos management and legionella experience & qualifications would be required for this roleBefore You Apply
