Job Description
We are recruiting for an outstanding opportunity to work as a Project Surveyor on a permanent basis.
This role will focus on the delivery of planned and major works programmes.
-Management of contractor on site to ensure works delivered to agreed standards.
-Ensuring projects run on time and to project plan.
-Effective management of budget to ensure works are within agreement parameters.
-Quality checking of works.
-Ensuring works are delivered in line with CDM-c and H&S regulations.
-Provision of a customer focused service.
Candidates should be an experienced surveyor, who has overseen the delivery of works. Should be appropriately qualified. Must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle. Must have good IT and communication skills.
