Job Description

A well-respected cost and project management construction consultancy are looking to add an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in central London, in Soho. The role of the Project Quantity Surveyor The Project Quantity Surveyor will be joining a medium sized cost and project management construction consultancy who complete projects in and around London. You will be part of a supportive, proactive, and social team of 20 Quantity Surveyors. As a company they specialise in High End Residential projects from new builds to listed buildings, ranging from £5M - £15M. You will initially be supporting a high end resi project in Hampstead which is about to go into its fit-out stage. You will be assisting in a range of projects and when ready will start running projects from inception to completion with the support from an MRICS qualified Partner. The company offer extremely great APC support with an internal APC team to support, plan your training program and monitor your progress.
