The Project Quantity Surveyor Role
As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be at the forefront of high-end residential developments, overseeing projects from inception to completion. You'll play a key role in:
Managing project costs and procurement strategies
Advising on contractual claims and risk management
Leading on pre and post-contract duties
Working closely with private clients and high-net-worth individuals

The Project Quantity Surveyor
RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
MRICS or currently working towards
Pre and post contract experience
Comfortable taking ownership of projects
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy firm
Driving licenceWhat's on Offer?
