Job Description
Project / Senior QS required ASAP for Tier One main contractor on major resi project in West London
My client has a requirement for a Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor on a c.£250m new build residential project in West London.
They're looking for a QS with main contractor and / or residential developer background, with experience of commercially managing internals packages, specifically drylining, bathroom pods as well as other ancillary packages - total value c.£20m.
The main cut and thrust of the role will be package management, with some procurement involvement.
The project has some two years to run, so there's good contract duration on a freelance basis, with the opportunity for temp-to-perm or perm.
