Our ethos revolves around integrity, professionalism, and a supportive work environment.   As a Project Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our projects' success. Your responsibilities will include: Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, covering all phases. Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure smooth project execution Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate scheduling conflicts or delays. Utilize project planning software. Monitor resource usage and adjust plans as needed to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime. Track progress against milestones and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders. Serve as the communication hub for project teams. The Ideal Candidate:  Experience as a planner or scheduler in the construction, engineering, or energy sector (preferably in power-related projects). Proficient in project management software (Microsoft Project, Primavera P6). Strong knowledge of project management principles, including scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation. Excellent communication and coordination skills for stakeholder engagement. Highly organized with attention to detail, able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. What We Offer:  £55,000 - £70,000 per annum 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
