£330 - £340 per day CIS
Our client is looking for a project manager to join their team, covering school contracts in the North West.
The ideal candidate must have FM experience, PFI or done projects for local authorities educational sites. .
The Role
P&L support
Financial sign offs
Experience of working on lifecycle and variation works up to £3m per year
Health & Safety sign off
Client facing and holding meetings
Reports
Qualifications & Experience
Qualification in M&E or building fabric or relevant project management experience.
Computer literate
Driver
