Job Description
The Shore Group are seeking a Project Manager on behalf of an agile, delivery-focused Main Contractor who undertake carefully selected UK-based projects between £2m-£15m in project value.
As Project Manager you will initially be responsible for overseeing an apartment block of over 100 units in Wimbledon, London which will commence in January 2025 and likely to complete in September 2026.
This position would suit those who have experience of residential project management, ideally apartment blocks.
Due to the nature of the role, you will ideally meet the following requirements:
* Experience of executing new build, residential apartment blocks (BTR / PBSA)
* Control and process information associated to local planning authority planning obligations
* Experience of liaising with local authorities and statutory service provider
* Compiling and collating information for Operation and Maintenance fileBefore You Apply
