Job Description
BCS are recruiting for a construction based Project Manager to work for the strategic works division for a local construction based building contractor.
PM's will be working on anything upto 25 projects ranging in value of upto £1m.
Must Haves:
* Good standard of basic education.
* CSCS Card White -Academically/Qualified or Black – Manager
* SMSTS
* NVQ 6
* Asbestos Awareness
* First Aid
* MEWPS For Managers
* IOSH Managing Safely
* Face Fit RPE
* Fire Marshall
* NEC 4 Training
* Competent in the use of Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work to a high standard and attention to detail.
* Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
* Commercial Awareness/Experience of NEC Contracts.
Experience:
* Minimum of 5 Years commercial fit out industry
* Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Previous experience on AWE projects and familiarity with procedures would be advantageous
