Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager (Business Change) to join this Social Housing provider in the Northwest. Ideally you will also have had experience of delivering large-scale technology changes as well as business transformation. Client Details Our client is a large-scale organisation operating within the Social Housing (No-For-Profit / Profit-For-Purpose) sector. Description Manage and lead Business Change projects, many of which are Technology-enabled. Develop and implement strategic planning for project execution and completion. Coordinate with and manage diverse cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progress. Monitor project budgets and timelines to guarantee adherence. Generate project reports and present to senior management. Resolve project-related issues promptly and effectively. Maintain a positive work environment and promote team collaboration. Ensure project compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.Profile A successful Project Manager should have: Knowledge and experience in project management within the Social Housing sector. Proficiency in strategic planning and project coordination. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Experience of Business Change / Transformation as well as technology-facing / enabled projects. Strong understanding of Not-For-Profit or related sectors. Very strong stakeholder management skills Excellent communication and presentation skills.Job Offer A competitive salary ranging from £45,500 to £55,000 per annum. NFP sector benefits.
